At their December meeting, the members of the Memory Chasers Car Club decided to suspend the regular monthly meetings until further notice.

It was also decided that current 2008 members would have their membership extended until further notice without any additional dues.

Annual Car Show Weather Forecast

The latest weather forecast is calling for “sunny all day Sunday with light winds and high of 75”. It just doesn't get any better than that.

This is great news for those who are planning on attending the Memory Chasers 10th Anniversary Car Show combined with the Wyoming County Fair Motor madness event.

Annual Car Show Registration

The Memory Chasers Car Show is combined with the Memorial Day Weekend Motor Madness event at the Kiwanis Wyoming County Fair so you get 2 great shows for one low price. The Motor Madness event this year features a "Mud Bog and Tuff Truck Challenge".

The "Memory Chasers Car Show Registration" fee entitles the driver and one other occupant of each show vehicle to enter the Wyoming County Fairgrounds through the main gate to attend the Memory Chasers Car Show and Motor Madness events.

Please download and print the attached flyer which contains a registration form.

Annual Car Show Details Announced

The Memory Chasers Car Club has made some important changes to the car show this year in an effort to make the event more enjoyable for all those attending and for the members of the club who give so much of their time in planning and supporting the event.

Emphasis is being placed on having fun at the show, spending lots of time walking among the many wonderful vehicles from the past and talking to the owners. We hope you will find these changes will make your day more relaxing.

We have also streamlined some of the scheduled activities so that those who will be attending the thrilling Motor Madness racing will be able get to the races on time.

We appreciate your understanding and if you have comments or suggestions, please add a comment in the forum discussion for the annual car show.

Annual Car Show Status

The 10th Annual Car Show is ready to go. The event is scheduled for the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend, which this year is May 25th.

We have made several changes to the show that we believe will make the event better than ever. We want to thank the Kiwanis Wyoming County Fair for their cooperation in planning for this event.

Holley Carburetor Raffle Winner Announcement

The winning raffle ticket for the Holley Carburetor was drawn at the November regularly scheduled meeting of the Memory Chasers Car Club.

The winning ticket number was number 008 and was claimed by Jack K.

Thank you to all those who supported the club charities by making the donation for the raffle tickets.

Meeting Location Change

The Memory Chasers Car Club is pleased to announce that all meetings in 2008 will take place at the Lake Carey Volunteer Fire Department building located in Tunkhannock, PA.

The fire department building is located at Lake Carey just a short distance onto SR 1007 where SR 1007 intersects with Route 29.

New 2008 Meeting Schedule is now Official

The Memory Chasers Car Club has changed its meeting schedule for 2008.

Regular monthly meetings will take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Please check the individual monthly meeting event schedule for details on any special activities that may take place at a particular meeting.

Also, please see the separate announcement regarding the new meeting place, which is the Lake Carey Volunteer Fire Department building located in Tunkhannock, PA.
